A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: NBRC credentials and licensed by LSBME as a Registered Respiratory Therapist; current CPR/BCLS required, ACLS and PALS required within 1 year.
B. Education: Graduate of JCRCE accredited Registered Respiratory Therapist entry level program.
C. Experience: Minimum one year post graduate clinical experience preferred.
D. Special qualifications: Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period.

Licensed by the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
B. Education: Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders.
C. Experience: Completion of Clinical Fellowship year. Two years of experience in acute medical or inpatient / outpatient rehab setting preferred. N/A
D. Special qualifications: Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period.
E. Hours of work: 8:00am – 4:30 pm M-F Shift as scheduled.

A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Louisiana Physical Therapy License required, CPR
B. Education:Entry level physical therapy degree from an accredited program.
C. Experience: 0-1 year experience preferred.
D. Special qualifications: Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period.
E. Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday

This position provides occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment program planning and implementation to promote optimal human movement and function. Performs all other duties as assigned.
II. Position Requirements: (Minimum qualifications for the position)
A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Louisiana Occupational Therapy License required, will consider temporary license based on requirements of job assignment, CPR, and National OT Certification
B. Education: Entry level degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
C. Experience: 0-1 year experience preferred.
