Denton Regional Medical Center is a 208 bed, full service hospital that serves the growing population of Denton, Wise, Cooke and Montague Counties. Required Job Qualifications include:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Therapy.
  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • Experience with geriatric and adult patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions in post acute and acute care services preferred.
  • Must be able to work one weekend shift per month.
  • Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
