Work hours are full time days, Monday - Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm, with rotating weekends.

As the Patient Access Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Providing feedback on daily registration processes and staffing issues to the Patient Access Supervisor
• Assisting staff level employees as necessary to insure compliance with department policies and procedures
• Supervisor with staffing, report reconciliation, QA processes, and other duties assigned

High school diploma or GED required.

3 years of patient access or registration experience required.

Must be able to attend 1 full day of orientation and 3 full days of patient access training.

Centerpoint Medical Center seeks a self-motivated individual to work as a Part Time Financial Counselor.

Work hours are every other Saturday/Sunday from 7AM to 5:30PM.

You will also need to be available for 1 full day of Orientation and 3 full days of training.

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving all patient account inquiries via telephone
• Review patient account information in out billing system and document accordingly
• Generate daily and weekly reports
• Communicate with staff to obtain requested information
• Record receipt of information into tracking system

You must have a high school diploma or a GED.

Basic math skills and customer service experience are required.

Work hours are every other Saturday/Sunday from 7AM to 5:30PM.

You will also need to be available for 1 full day of Orientation and 3 full days of training.

Parallon Richmond Shared Services seeks a part time Registrar at Centerpoint Medical Center .

Work hours are M-F, 12:30PM to 4:30PM.

You must be available for one full day of Orientation and 3 full days of Patient Access Training.

As a Registrar you will be responsible for:

• Interviewing patients to establish patient accounts and obtain necessary signatures for consents.
• Providing information to patients.
• You must follow Medical Center policies, procedures and processes and collect co-payments as needed.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must have previous Doctor's office or healthcare experience.
• Must have strong customer service/organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment!

You must have a high school diploma or GED.

Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
